Granules Life Sciences is filling multiple roles in Production and Packing for OSD formulations:
- Granulation / Pressfit
- Compression
- Coating
- Packing (Bottle / Blister)
These positions involve operating advanced machinery in a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring high-quality output in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the production and packing team, selected candidates will:
- Operate and maintain equipment for granulation, compression, coating, and packing processes.
- Handle OSD formulation stages including RMG, FBP, FBD, compaction, and coating using specified machines.
- Perform bottle and blister packing, cartoning, labeling, and related operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during shifts.
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain documentation for batch records.
- Work in rotational shifts with a focus on efficiency and product integrity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc (relevant fields preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in OSD formulation production or packing.
- Preferred Machine Exposure: RMG, FBP, FBD, O’Hara Coating, Roll Compactor; Compression machines like Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Kilian, Cadmach; Coating systems like O’Hara, Glatt, ACG Smart; Packing equipment including Gansons, Bectochem, Cartonator, BQS, CVC, IMA PG, Uhlman, Labeling machines.
Freshers with ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm, or B.Sc qualifications are also welcome to attend the interview for potential entry-level opportunities.
Candidates currently working in Technical Contract Services (with formulation production experience) are eligible to apply.
