- Position: Executive
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Job Profile: QMS / Cleaning & Process Validation
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharma
This role focuses on maintaining robust Quality Management Systems, overseeing cleaning validation, and ensuring process validation compliance to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety.
2. Quality Control Department
- Position: Officer to Executive
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharma
- Sections: Finished Goods (FG) / GLP / Raw Materials (RM) / Stability / Analytical Method Validation (AMV)
Professionals in this department will handle critical QC activities across various sections, including testing, documentation, stability studies, and method validations to ensure product integrity and regulatory adherence.
3. Engineering Department
- Profile: QMS
- Designation: Executive
- Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably in Pharma background)
This position involves implementing and managing Quality Management Systems within engineering operations, supporting facility maintenance, equipment qualification, and compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities (General Across Positions)
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines
- Handle documentation, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Perform validation activities, testing, and data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain audit readiness and support internal/external inspections
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant educational background as specified for each role
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, validation processes, and analytical techniques
