Required Qualifications and Experience

Roles and Responsibilities In the API Production department, freshers will assist in:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment for API synthesis
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Handling raw materials, in-process checks, and documentation
- Supporting shift-based production activities (including night shifts)
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards in a pharmaceutical plant environment
