Medical and Scientific Reviewer Job – EVERSANA

EVERSANA, a global leader in life sciences commercialization and medical affairs services, is hiring a Medical and Scientific Reviewer for its growing Global Medical Content Development team. This remote full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong scientific writing, document QC, and medical review experience who want to work across diverse therapeutic areas and global clients.

This role involves reviewing promotional and non-promotional medical content, ensuring scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with approved product labeling and medical strategy.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform scientific fact-checking and medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials
• Ensure clinical, statistical, and scientific accuracy of claims and references
• Verify consistency of claims with approved product labels
• Review and proofread medical content against source references
• Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review teams
• Work within Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms platforms
• Support development of SRDs, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, and training materials
• Conduct literature searches using PubMed, Embase, Ovid, RightFind, etc.
• Flag quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional discussions

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

• PharmD / M.Pharm / M.S. Pharm / PhD / MBBS / BDS / MDS
• Minimum 2 years experience in scientific writing, document QC, or medical review
• Strong understanding of clinical trials and drug development
• Knowledge of US pharmaceutical promotional regulations
• Experience with Veeva Vault MedComms or PromoMats preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
