🔹 Key Responsibilities – Medical Writing Publisher
- Assist in preparation of study-related documents (Protocols, CSRs, Patient Narratives, etc.).
- Prepare Clinical Study Report (CSR) Appendices – ICH E3 Section 16.
- Support document publishing within Medical Writing and cross-functional teams.
- Review timelines and communicate status with Medical Writers, PMs, and clients.
- Assist in peer review and QC of medical writing documents.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, sponsor SOPs, and Fortrea SOPs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities – Medical QC Editor
- Review CSRs, patient narratives, appendices, protocols, ICFs, and amendments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and logical flow.
- Complete QC checklists within timelines.
- Collaborate with writers on discrepancies and errors.
- Assist with template updates and departmental improvements.
🎓 Qualifications
Medical Writing Publisher
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, life sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Publisher within Medical Writing or Clinical departments.
Medical QC Editor
- Associate degree or BS/BA in Science or Arts.
- Strong understanding of medical, pharmacokinetic, and basic statistical principles.
- Excellent English language and editing skills.
💼 Experience Required
- Publisher: 2–3 years relevant experience.
- Medical QC Editor: Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience, including Associate Medical QC Editor level.
