Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with GMP and all regulatory guidelines
• Oversee manufacturing processes, scale-up activities, and technology transfer
• Manage end-to-end API production operations
• Monitor batch production, yields, and process efficiency
• Coordinate closely with QA, QC, and Engineering teams
• Handle deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change controls
• Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records
