🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming activities for assigned compound or indication.
- Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers and analysts.
- Develop and review SAS programs for creation of ADaM datasets in compliance with CDISC standards.
- Develop and validate Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs).
- Ensure consistency of ADaM datasets across studies and integrated data.
- Create documentation for regulatory submissions including Reviewer’s Guides and Data Definition Documents.
- Develop standard SAS macros and contribute to SOP development.
- Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across projects.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- 4–9 years of experience in clinical statistical programming.
- Strong expertise in SAS, ADaM, SDTM, and CDISC standards.
- Experience in regulatory submission support.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
