International Regulatory Affairs (IRA) – Sr. Officer to Executive
This role is ideal for experienced professionals in regulatory compliance for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers for product registrations in ROW (Rest of World) markets, including Europe, Africa, CIS, and others.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ANVISA, UKMHRA, USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO-GMP regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing) and external agencies for timely approvals and query responses.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, track submission status, and support post-approval changes.
- Stay updated on global regulatory guidelines and implement necessary changes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: M.Pharm (preferred in Pharmaceutics, Regulatory Affairs, or related field)
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in regulatory affairs, preferably in export-oriented pharma companies handling international filings.
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory requirements and dossier preparation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Graphics Designer – Officer to Sr. Executive
This position suits creative professionals with experience in pharmaceutical packaging and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design packaging artwork, labels, leaflets, and promotional materials for pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory guidelines for artwork (including barcodes, colors, and mandatory text).
- Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, and production teams to finalize designs.
- Use design software to create high-quality visuals for export markets.
- Revise designs based on feedback and maintain version control.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: Any Graduate (design-related fields like BFA, Graphic Design, or diploma preferred)
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in graphics design, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging or artwork development.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of pharma regulatory artwork requirements.
