📌 Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and process safety data as per regulatory requirements
- Perform Pharmacovigilance activities including:
- AE (Adverse Event) intake and triage
- Case processing and database entry
- MedDRA coding and product coding
- Narrative writing and follow-up tracking
- Literature case processing
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal guidelines, and quality standards
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Attend project meetings and escalate issues to senior team members
- Complete mandatory trainings within timelines
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare discipline
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and web-based applications
- Attention to detail and strong time management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shifts
