- Technician / Associate Officer Department: OSD – Manufacturing (Granulation / Compression / Coating)
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in relevant OSD manufacturing processes, preferably with exposure to regulated plants (USFDA, MHRA, EU-approved facilities)
- Other Requirements:
- Open to working in shift duties
- Prior formulation pharma experience in regulated environments preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment for granulation, compression, and coating in OSD production
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor process parameters for quality and efficiency
- Handle troubleshooting, documentation, and batch manufacturing records
- Maintain cleanroom discipline, safety protocols, and equipment calibration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets
