The company is currently seeking talented professionals for the role of Executive – Regulatory Affairs with specialized focus on the EU market. This opportunity is based at their state-of-the-art R&D Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

About the Role

This position offers exposure to the dynamic EU regulatory landscape, working on solid oral dosage forms. You’ll contribute to preparing high-quality submissions and ensuring compliance with European Medicines Agency (EMA) standards and national competent authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Compilation and preparation of EU dossiers, with emphasis on Module 1, 2, and 3.
• Handling various EU regulatory procedures including Decentralised Procedure (DCP), Mutual Recognition Procedure (MRP), and National procedures.
• Managing the national phase requirements for EU approvals.
• Preparation, compilation, and filing of post-approval variations to relevant EU agencies.
• CTD/eCTD dossier compilation and related activities (experience in eCTD is a significant advantage).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm or M.Sc in relevant disciplines.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years in regulatory affairs, preferably with formulation regulatory exposure in solid oral dosage forms.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Prior experience in dossier compilation for EU markets is essential.

Salary and Benefits

Torrent Pharmaceuticals offers competitive compensation packages in the pharmaceutical industry. For the Executive level with 2-7 years of experience, the expected salary range is ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹9 Lakhs per annum (based on industry standards, experience, and negotiation). This may include performance bonuses, health insurance, provident fund, gratuity, and other standard benefits typical for mid-level roles in reputed pharma companies.
