Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
Alivus is recruiting for the following roles at its Dahej API manufacturing facility:
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using techniques such as HPLC, Wet Lab, GC, and other relevant instruments.
- Maintain sound knowledge of good laboratory practices and laboratory documentation.
- Handle SOPs, batch release support, and other QC department activities.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Conduct IPQA activities, online BMR review, line clearance, and sampling of APIs.
- Review analytical data, support batch release, and prepare APQR.
- Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory documentation requirements.
For both positions, candidates must have exposure to regulatory requirements related to documentation and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Quality Control: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2-6 years of relevant experience in HPLC, Wet Lab, GC, instrumentation, and good laboratory practices.
- Quality Assurance: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with 1-6 years of relevant experience in IPQA, BMR review, line clearance, sampling, analytical data review, batch release, and APQR preparation.
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory documentation is essential for all candidates.
