Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should meet the following criteria for respective roles:
- Production (OSD): ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / Diploma in relevant field; Experience: 2 to 9 years
- Quality Control (OSD): B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc; Experience: 3 to 9 years
- Engineering: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech; Experience: 2 to 7 years
Preference may be given to candidates with exposure to regulated pharmaceutical environments and relevant equipment handling.
Roles and Responsibilities (General Overview)
- Operate and monitor machinery in compression and granulation processes (Production)
- Perform sampling, testing, stability studies, and analysis using instruments like HPLC, GC (Quality Control)
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, coating machines, compression machines, HVAC systems (Engineering)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production efficiency and quality
