Experience requirements vary by role, generally ranging from 0-10 years depending on the position (freshers may be considered for select entry-level roles; most prefer experienced candidates).

Roles and Responsibilities (General Overview)

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, etc.)
• Handle manufacturing, packing, and quality operations for parenteral/injectable and oral solid dosage forms
• Perform analytical testing, documentation, validation, and qualification activities
• Maintain cleanroom discipline, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
• Manage quality systems, investigations, market complaints, and IPQA activities
• Support microbiology testing, organic synthesis analysis, and process improvements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), B.Pharm / M.Pharm, Diploma / ITI (relevant fields), B.E. / B.Tech (for engineering roles)
• Experience: 0-10 years (specific: e.g., 0-6 years for some executive roles, 3-9 years for senior positions in QA/QC/Microbiology)
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Candidates should carry updated resumes, educational certificates, experience letters, latest increment letter, and salary slips
