Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR operations across both office and plant locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time for employees
- Coordinating Performance Management System (PMS) activities
- Organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Providing support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs
- Handling HR operations flexibly across Head Office (Madhapur) and Plant (Genome Valley)
The position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to travel or manage tasks between the two sites as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Male candidate only (as specified by the employer)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing, pharma, or biotech sectors
- Proficiency in payroll processing and performance management tools
- Good understanding of employee engagement and L&D activities
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to work across Madhapur (Hyderabad city) and Genome Valley (Shameerpet area) locations
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or related field preferred
