Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Lupin is seeking candidates for the following roles:

1. Quality Control (OSD) – Officer / Executive

• Handle sophisticated instruments including KF, Potentiometer, GC, HPLC, and IC.
• Perform analysis of raw materials, APIs, and excipients.
• Conduct testing of stability samples and finished product (FP) samples.
• Work with laboratory software such as Chromeleon, LIMS, and similar tools.

2. Quality Assurance (OSD) – Officer / Executive

• Manage end-to-end quality systems, including Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Market Complaints, FAR, and Recall processes via Caliber QAMS platform.
• Lead investigations, prepare/review quality risk management, OOS, OOT, deviation, and recall documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/GxP standards, regulatory requirements, CQA audit observations, self-inspection findings, and global quality expectations.
• Review validation protocols/reports, equipment qualification documents, SAP entries, calibration certificates, and create BMR/BPR masters in SAP.

3. Production & Packing (OSD) – Associate / Jr. Officer / Officer

• Handle granulation, compression, coating, and primary/secondary packing operations.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing and packaging processes in a regulated environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• For QC and QA positions: M.Sc. or B.Pharm with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in OSD formulation.
• For Production & Packing positions: Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc. with 2 to 8 years of experience.
• General Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in highest qualification mandatory for candidates with less than 5 years of experience. Only candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience in regulated pharma industry will be allowed to attend.
