Candidates must be willing to work at the Nagarjuna Sagar location and in rotational shifts. Only those with relevant experience in injectables (preferably males as noted) are encouraged to attend.
Key Departments and Open Positions
Natco Pharma is seeking talented individuals across several critical departments for its aseptic injectable manufacturing operations.
Production
- Production Manager (Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc) – Handling end-to-end sterile injectable manufacturing lines with cGMP compliance and manpower management (10-12 years experience).
- Assistant Manager – Overseeing filling operations.
- Production Supervisors / Filling Supervisors – Supervision of filling and packing operations (2-3 years experience).
- Packing Supervisor (B.Pharm – Fresher possible).
- QMS Roles – Experience in production QMS, cGMP, SOPs (4-6 years).
- Training Supervisor (B.Pharm – Fresher).
Engineering
- Engineering Operators (2-6 years experience | Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech) – Hands-on with Lyophilizers, Water Systems, HVAC operations, and Instrumentation activities.
Warehouse
- Warehouse Roles (4-5 years experience | B.Com / B.Sc / B.Pharm / MBA) – Hands-on experience in raw material dispensing and QMS activities.
Microbiology
- Microbiology Positions (2-6 years experience | M.Sc Microbiology / Biotechnology) – Responsibilities include disinfectant and media preparation, MLT, BET, sterility method validations, documentation, water testing, and bioburden testing.
Quality Assurance
- Assistant Manager (10-12 years experience) – Hands-on in IPQA activities.
- QMS Roles (3-5 years) – Handling QMS activities.
- Validation Roles (6-8 years) – Experience in validation activities (B.Pharm / M.Sc).
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess relevant educational backgrounds (Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Tech, etc.) and hands-on experience in sterile/aseptic injectable environments, cGMP compliance, and related operations. Freshers may apply for select supervisory or training roles where specified. Priority is given to applicants with proven expertise in injectables manufacturing.
Salary and Benefits
Salaries at Natco Pharma are competitive and experience-based. Realistic ranges in INR (annual):
- Production/Engineering Operators and Supervisors: ₹3.5 – 8 Lakhs
- Assistant Managers / Mid-level Supervisors: ₹6 – 12 Lakhs
- Managers (Production/QA): ₹10 – 18 Lakhs or higher
