- Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma/Degree holders with 2-8 years experience
- Executive: B.Pharmacy with 2-6 years experience
- Oral Liquid & Nasal Spray Section
- Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma/Degree with 2-8 years experience
- Executive: B.Pharmacy with 2-6 years experience
Packing Department
- OSD (Blister, Bottle)
- Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 2-8 years experience
Quality Control (QC)
- IP/FP, Stability, Nasal
- Executive: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy with 2-6 years experience
Quality Assurance (QA)
- IPQA, QMS, Validation, Market Complaints
- Executive: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy with 2-6 years experience
These positions involve hands-on responsibilities in manufacturing processes, quality testing, documentation, compliance with GMP standards, and ensuring product quality in a regulated pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, oral liquids, or packing lines
- Perform in-process checks, quality testing of intermediates and finished products
- Handle stability studies, validation activities, and market complaint investigations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols
- Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background: ITI/Diploma/Degree for Technical Assistant roles; B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy for Executive positions
- Experience: 2-8 years in relevant pharma production/QC/QA areas (fresher candidates need not apply based on the criteria)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Male candidates preferred for certain production and packing roles (as per common industry norms)
Salary and Benefits Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and role, typically ranging from ₹3.0 LPA to ₹7.0 LPA (realistic for these mid-level pharma positions in Andhra Pradesh units, including allowances).
