Roles & Responsibilities (Key Highlights Across Positions)
- Demand & supply planning using MRP and S&OP processes
- Inventory management, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (RA, QA, Manufacturing, Marketing)
- Production scheduling, material planning (JIT), and SAP S4HANA usage
- Computer system validation, QMS handling (CAPA, Change Control), backup & recovery
- IT infrastructure management: servers, networks, patching, EDR tools, ITSM
- Ensuring pharma compliance, audit preparedness, and incident resolution
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant degrees in Pharmacy, Engineering, Management, Computer Applications
- Experience in pharma supply chain, demand/supply planning, or IT (CSV/infra)
- Proficiency in tools like SAP, ManageEngine, PRTG, Veeam, CrowdStrike
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of US/regulated market requirements preferred for select roles
