Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a globally reputed pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, is hiring a Research Associate – Biological Sciences for its Biologics Product Development division in Hyderabad, Telangana. This on-site, full-time opportunity is ideal for postgraduates in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology who are passionate about biosimilar drug development, cell-based assays, and biological research.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute method development and qualification for lot release and functional assays
- Perform sample analysis, timely data recording, and report submission
- Maintain cell cultures, and prepare Master Cell Banks (MCB) and Working Cell Banks (WCB)
- Present development study results in internal group meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting biosimilar development projects
- Maintain laboratory records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Support calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Manage laboratory inventory (chemicals, reagents, consumables)
- Follow workplace safety, quality, and compliance initiatives
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences discipline
Experience Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in:
- Cell-based assays
- Ligand binding assays
- Method development and qualification
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) and/or FACS
- Strong understanding of experimental design, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment
