๐น Key Responsibilities (Pharmacovigilance Roles)
- End-to-end ICSR case processing in global safety databases
- Intake, triage, prioritization, and processing of AE, SAE, SUSAR cases
- Medical and drug coding using MedDRA and WHO-Drug
- Drafting high-quality case narratives and E2B submissions
- Follow-up with reporters for missing safety information
- Duplicate checks, case corrections, and reconciliations
- Monitoring safety mailboxes and intake workflows
- Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Performing translations and unblinding as per SOPs

- Clinical trial data management and validation
- SDTM mapping for regulatory submissions
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of trial data
- Working with predefined guidelines and SOPs
