The company is seeking motivated individuals for roles such as Junior Officer, Plant Operator, and Apprentice positions focused on plant operations, solvent reaction, and recovery processes. Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment for solvent reactions and recovery processes
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist in daily plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records, follow SOPs, and participate in shift-based work
- Support team efforts to achieve production targets while upholding GMP guidelines
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Pharma, M.Sc. (relevant background), or ITI/equivalent for apprentice roles
- Experience: 0-2 years in pharmaceutical production, plant operations, or related fields (freshers encouraged for apprentice positions)
- Key Skills: Knowledge of plant operations, solvent handling, reaction processes, and recovery techniques preferred
- Other Requirements: Candidates must carry recent passport-size photo, PAN card copy, Aadhaar card, mark sheets, previous organization experience letter (if applicable), current CTC details, 3-month salary slip, and appointment letter
Salary and Benefits Sun Pharma offers competitive compensation aligned with industry standards for these entry-to-mid-level production roles. Realistic salary range: ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹4.5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience, qualification, and role).
