Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with project and global sales teams to define contract terms and conditions
- Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of contracts and proposals
- Support budget development for work orders and change orders
- Maintain and update contract databases, proposal documents, and tracking reports
- Act as a secondary customer interface for small to mid-size projects
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on contracts and budget documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in client requirements
- Ensure contracts align with client needs, protocols, MSAs, and work orders
- Participate in internal and customer meetings when required
- Support execution of new award preliminary and full contracts
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Management, or related discipline
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in:
- Contracts
- Clinical Research
- CRO Business Operations
