- Jr. Operator / Sr. Operator Experience: 2-10 years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation Key Skills: Vial washing, Depyrogenation, HPHV Steam Sterilizer, Production operations
- Officer / Executive Experience: 2-10 years Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Key Skills: Production planning, filling activities, cGMP compliance, SOP, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, lyophilizer handling, aseptic media fills, HPHV, filter integrity testing
Packing:
- Operator Experience: 2-5 years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation Key Skills: Labelling machine operation (Bottle / Syringe)
- Jr. Executive Experience: 3-5 years Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc Key Skills: Labelling machine and printer operation, supervision of packing lines, QMS knowledge
These roles demand strong knowledge of GMP standards, aseptic techniques, and equipment maintenance in a biologics setup. Candidates with direct exposure to lyophilization, sterilization processes, or packing line supervision will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in fill-finish and packing areas
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Perform vial washing, depyrogenation, steam sterilization, filling, lyophilization, and labelling activities
- Handle preventive maintenance, filter integrity tests, and aseptic operations
- Supervise production/packing lines, monitor quality parameters, and contribute to QMS documentation
- Participate in production planning, media fills, and process troubleshooting
