- Technical Staff/Executive/Senior Executive – Production Required Experience: 2-6 years
- Technical Staff/Executive – Packing Required Experience: 1-5 years
Qualifications
Candidates should hold B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry), or Diploma in relevant fields.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
For Production Roles:
- Allocate manpower across various production workstations on a shift basis.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain required production documentation.
- Record and verify process parameters while participating in validation activities as per approved protocols.
- Support manufacturing documentation, machine parameter settings, and monitor output in line with cGMP.
- Review and submit BMRs accurately within set timelines.
- Handle manufacturing support tasks, including equipment calibration, training, and compliance with SOPs.
- Perform in-process checks, MIS reporting, machine qualification, and calibration adherence.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, ERP output reporting, and prompt communication of issues to supervisors.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
For Packing Roles:
- Manage manpower allocation, supervise line operations, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted machine operations.
- Conduct in-process checks, line clearance, equipment calibration, investigations, CAPA handling, and SAP reporting.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, and best practices, along with SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Complete training for packing activities, handle deviations, rejections, and minor mechanical issues.
- Perform cleaning, equipment setup, quality checks, expected output delivery, and report issues to supervisors promptly.
These roles emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and efficient operations in a regulated pharma environment.

For Executive/Technical Staff positions with 1-6 years of experience, the annual CTC typically ranges from ₹3.0 Lakhs to ₹8.0 Lakhs, depending on qualifications, experience, and negotiation.
