🔑 Key Responsibilities – Manager TMF Operations
As a Manager, TMF Operations at ICON, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end TMF and document management operations in compliance with ICON SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Leading and mentoring 20–30 TMF professionals, ensuring high performance and quality delivery
- Coordinating TMF activities across multiple studies and clients
- Generating and presenting TMF status reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensuring TMF inspection readiness and participating in internal and external audits
- Overseeing TMF archiving activities and study close-out documentation
- Liaising with clinical study teams, training departments, and clients
- Managing quality control, tracking, and compliance metrics

🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
To be eligible for this ICON TMF Manager role, candidates must have:
- 12+ years of experience in TMF Operations within clinical research or CRO environments
- Strong understanding of clinical study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities
- 3+ years of people management experience (mandatory), managing large teams (20–30 members)
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and global clients
