🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and Python to support business decisions
- Design and develop BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for enterprise stakeholders
- Collaborate with US-based Data Engineering teams on data warehousing initiatives
- Support data modeling and dimensional modeling for scalable analytics solutions
- Identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities from large clinical datasets
- Translate business requirements into data-driven insights
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Data Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (mandatory) and Python (preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
