Vital Therapeutics and Formulations Pvt Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, is conducting walk-in interviews for multiple positions in its Maintenance, Quality Control (QC), and Production departments. Available Positions and Requirements
1. Maintenance Technician (Formulations) – Male Candidates Only
This role involves maintaining and managing equipment in a formulations manufacturing setup, ensuring smooth operations in liquid and tablet production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance of liquid and tablet manufacturing equipment, including filling lines, blending machines, labelling machines, and associated utilities.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Oversee utility systems such as HVAC, water systems, compressed air, vacuum pumps, and plumbing.
- Ensure EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance and good documentation practices.
- Perform reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in liquid and tablet manufacturing industry (formulations), with expertise in maintenance management, production support, and utilities.
- Strong knowledge of process equipment, HVAC, water systems, and EHS practices.
- Good communication skills and documentation abilities.
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience and negotiation).
2. QC Executive / Analyst (HPLC & Documentation) – Male/Female
Focus on analytical testing and documentation in a quality control setup for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis using HPLC for raw materials (RM), finished products, and stability samples.
- Handle finished product analysis and stability study samples.
- Manage documentation including specifications (Spec), Standard Testing Procedures (STP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 1–3 years in QC, preferably with hands-on HPLC experience in pharma industry.
- Proficiency in RM analysis, finished product testing, and stability studies.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (industry standards for similar roles in Hyderabad).
3. Production Chemist / B.Sc Fresher – Male Candidates Only
Entry-level role for recent graduates to support production activities in formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing operations for tablets, liquids, and other formulations.
- Follow GMP guidelines, batch manufacturing records, and safety protocols.
- Support production team in daily operations and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) or related.
- Freshers passed out in 2024 or 2025.
- Mandatory: Must be able to read, write, and speak Telugu language.
