As a Clinical Data Coordinator II at ICON, you will work closely with Data Management Study Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality clinical trial data, supporting the development of life-changing treatments.
🔍 Key Responsibilities – Clinical Data Coordinator II
- Assist the Data Management Study Lead in maintaining eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications, and study-specific procedures
- Perform clinical and third-party data reconciliation as per data review plans
- Track and communicate study metrics, timelines, and task status to stakeholders
- Address data-related queries and recommend effective, compliant solutions
- Identify root causes and implement systematic resolutions for data issues
- Ensure adherence to clinical data management standards and SOPs
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related field
- Intermediate experience in clinical data management within pharma, biotech, or CRO environments
- Hands-on knowledge of EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle RDC, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced clinical trial environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines (preferred)
