Zuellig Pharma, a global healthcare services leader, is hiring a Project Coordinator – Warehouse Operations in India. This role is ideal for pharmacy graduates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations, cold chain management, and compliance with GSDP, GMP, and GCP standards.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and audit-ready warehouse and distribution operations that directly support patient care and healthcare delivery.
🔑 Key Responsibilities – Project Coordinator (Warehouse)
1. Finished Goods (FG) & Packaging Material (PM) Handling
- Manage receipt, storage, picking, and issuance of FG & PM as per SOPs
- Ensure picking accuracy (batch, expiry, quantity, UOM, location)
- Maintain proper segregation of FG, PM, and damaged materials
- Raise and document non-conformance reports for damaged stocks
- Ensure cold chain items are packed as per approved procedures
- Maintain availability of cold chain packaging materials (ice packs, boxes)
- Update SDS systems and ensure complete GDP documentation
- Maintain audit-ready warehouse locations at all times
2. Stock Take & Inventory Control
- Perform stock transfers prior to stock take
- Support principal stock audits and blind cycle counts
- Verify, reconcile, and submit inventory data accurately
3. ISO, GMP & GSDP Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with ISO, GMP, GSDP, and internal quality systems
- Follow warehouse safety and documentation procedures strictly
4. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth warehouse operations
- Provide operational feedback to Warehouse Manager / Supervisor
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for technicians
5. Temperature Mapping
- Plan and execute temperature mapping of storage areas as per protocol
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
Mandatory
- Education: Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse & distribution operations
(Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred) - Skills:
- Basic English (verbal & written)
- Working knowledge of GMP, GSDP, and GCP
