Naari Pharma is seeking candidates across various departments with relevant experience in solid dosage operations, regulatory compliance, and hormone/potent molecule handling (preferred advantage).
- Production Operator Experience: 2-6 years Qualification: ITI/Diploma Skills: Compression, coating, granulation, blending; Online BMR documentation
- Production Officer/Senior Officer/Executive Experience: 3-8 years Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, ITI/Pharma background Skills: Solid dosage operations, BMR/SOPs, logbook maintenance, cGMP compliance
- Engineering (Projects) – Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Experience: 10-15 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Skills: Project planning, execution, tracking; Contractor coordination, documentation, statutory approvals, audit readiness
- EHS – Senior Executive to Manager Experience: 8-10 years Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science/Engineering Skills: EHS compliance, permits & reporting, ISO 14001/45001 implementation, incident investigation, environmental management
- Analytical R&D – Research Associate/Research Scientist Experience: 3-8 years Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry Skills: Analytical & cleaning method validation/transfer, GMP/GLP compliance, oral SOP adherence
- Formulation R&D – Research Associate to Deputy Manager Experience: 3-15 years Qualification: M.Pharm Skills: Solid oral formulation development, process troubleshooting, lifecycle management, MSAT exposure
- Quality Assurance – Executive to Assistant Manager Experience: 3-10 years Qualification: M.Sc/M.Pharm Skills: Process/cleaning validation, deviation handling, CAPA, audits, GMP compliance
- Quality Control – Executive to Assistant Manager Experience: 3-10 years Qualification: M.Sc Skills: HPLC, UV/Vis, IR analysis, dissolution testing, water analysis, documentation
Preferred Experience: Exposure to USFDA/MHRA regulated plants, hormones/potent molecules is a significant advantage.
