๐ Key Responsibilities of Data Ops Associate
- Create, maintain, and update customer accounts in relevant systems
- Process customer orders, agreements, and emails within agreed TAT and quality standards
- Respond to customer queries professionally via email and phone
- Follow SOPs, training modules, and compliance guidelines
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and implement CAPA
- Support or lead small-scale process improvement initiatives
- Participate in quality audits and adhere to auditing standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Contracts, and Cybersecurity
๐ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, data operations, or order-to-cash roles
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and O2C processes
- Basic knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in writing, editing, and reviewing documents
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
