Key Responsibilities – Medical Coder (US Healthcare)
- Review US healthcare medical records including physician notes, operative reports, and discharge summaries
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines, payer rules, and coding standards
- Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and productivity
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with internal quality teams
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and data security regulations

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc or B.Pharm graduates
