As a Data Coordinator at Clario, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across clinical trial workflows while collaborating with global teams and sponsors.

🔍 Key Responsibilities – Data Coordinator (Clinical Research)

• Investigate discrepant clinical trial data and raise queries to sites and sponsors
• Verify and obtain demographic, visit, and source data
• Enter data corrections and resolutions in operational systems
• Process, review, and file source documents post-workflow completion
• Maintain departmental metrics and comply with SOPs
• Support data reconciliation activities to meet sponsor timelines
• Archive closed studies after study lock notifications
• Report system or equipment issues promptly
• Participate in Project Assurance meetings and trainings
• Assist in training new or temporary Data Coordination staff

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

• BS / BA degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data processing or data coordination
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent data entry, typing, and proofreading skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work from Bangalore (on-site/hybrid) or Remote within India
