Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients
- Provide accurate information related to healthcare services, claims, or support queries
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and company SOPs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service (US process)
- Experience in US Healthcare preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Self-travel required (no company transport provided)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and role)
