Key Responsibilities (General Across Roles)
Responsibilities vary by department and level but typically include:
- Conducting quality testing, analysis, and documentation for pharmaceutical products
- Developing and optimizing formulations for sustained/modified release pellets
- Performing analytical method development and validation
- Preparing and managing regulatory submissions and compliance
- Ensuring in-process quality checks and adherence to GMP standards

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, analytical instruments, formulation techniques, regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, WHO), documentation, and teamwork
