This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PV compliance, website review, and global regulatory reporting.
This role focuses on global pharmacovigilance compliance activities, including website review, safety updates, SOP management, and compliance report drafting, in alignment with GVP, MHRA, EU, UK, USFDA, and ROW guidelines.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Daily website review and compliance monitoring for Europe, UK, WHO, and ROW markets (India, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Ukraine, etc.)
- Identify safety-related updates and share with relevant stakeholders:
- ICSR updates → Case Processing Team
- PSUR updates → PSUR Team
- Signal updates → Signal Management Team
- Draft and update SOPs in line with evolving global PV regulations
- Coordinate with QPPV and Local Responsible Persons (LRP) for queries and trainings
- Archive emails and documents as per pharmacovigilance compliance processes
- Collect safety data from cross-functional teams for compliance report drafting
- Prepare and circulate compliance reports as per approved templates and SOPs
- Conduct compliance meetings with QPPV
- Draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- M.Pharm in Pharmacology or Pharmaceutics
- Strong academic understanding of pharmacovigilance systems and regulations
🧠 Desired Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of:
- GVP Modules
- MHRA Pharmacovigilance Guidelines
- EU, UK, USFDA, India & ROW PV regulations
- Hands-on understanding of PSMF, ICSR, PSUR, RMP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, documentation, and coordination abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional PV teams
