Ipca is seeking skilled professionals across multiple departments. Below are the key roles currently open:
1. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation)
- Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Electrical and Instrumentation team
- Manage transformers, DG sets, panels, and utilities
- Troubleshoot electrical faults quickly
- Oversee calibration of instruments, sensors, and control systems
- Ensure all electrical systems are safe, reliable, and production-ready
2. Senior Executive / Officer – Powder Processing
- Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field (Chemical/Pharmaceutical Engineering or related)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee physical shop floor activities including milling and micronization
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines
- Handle QMS tasks such as change controls, CAPA, and documentation in Trackwise
- Support production operations and process efficiency
3. Technician – Production (API)
- Qualification: UG/PG/Diploma in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations and batch charging
- Handle day-to-day operation of reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, RCVDs, etc.
- Maintain documentation and ensure safety & compliance
- Support production targets while adhering to GMP standards
4. Officer / Technician – EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Qualification: UG/PG in Environment/Science/Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily effluent parameters and prepare compliance reports
- Identify trends and suggest improvements in treatment efficiency
- Handle ZLD system operations
- Manage hazardous waste, ETP, MEE, sludge disposal, and safety monitoring
5. Apprentice – HR (Male Freshers Only)
- Qualification: MBA/MSW in HR (2024 or 2025 pass-out)
- Experience: Fresher
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support core HR generalist functions
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Participate in end-to-end Apprenticeship program

Ipca Laboratories offers competitive compensation packages based on experience and role. Typical salary ranges (approximate):
- Assistant Manager / Senior Executive: ₹8–15 LPA

- Technician: ₹3–5 LPA
- EHS Officer/Technician: ₹4–7 LPA
- HR Apprentice: Stipend as per company policy
