Roche Services and Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Analyst – Data & Insights Enablement professionals for its Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE). This full-time opportunity is open in Hyderabad and Chennai, offering exposure to global pharma analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities – Roche Analyst Role
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Support business and operations teams with data-driven decision-making
- Troubleshoot data issues and resolve data quality (DQ) problems
- Streamline data workflows and automate recurring reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
- Capture and translate business requirements into analytics solutions
- Improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data governance standards
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and insight summaries for leadership
- Contribute to process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields
- Background in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences is an added advantage
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Data Analysis or Business Analytics
- Strong expertise in SQL and Advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with Python or PySpark
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with ETL tools, data integration, and relational databases
- Automation experience using Excel macros, Google Apps Script, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior exposure to pharma analytics or marketing analytics preferred

Salary Details (Estimated)
- ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (CTC)
