Key Responsibilities – Associate STEM Content Analyst
- Analyse drug development references, including:
- Clinical trial data
- Regulatory information (FDA, EMA, global agencies)
- Company and research institution press releases
- Identify new drugs and pipeline updates, including:
- Drug names, development phases, indications
- Target diseases, formulations, and sponsors
- Perform primary and secondary research on drug development
- Summarize and edit scientific content with high accuracy and clarity
- Conduct comprehensive online searches for drug-related intelligence
- Maintain weekly production volume, quality benchmarks, and KPIs
- Collaborate with global teams (ROW & Cross-BU) as required
- Contribute to process improvement and SOP adherence
- Adapt to workflow and process changes in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / D.Pharm
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of content analysis, summarization, and editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and content analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
- Interest in drug development, clinical research, and pharma intelligence
