FriskaAi is hiring a Statistician (AI Healthcare) to support clinical research, AI model validation, and healthcare analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for statistics, data science, and healthcare analytics graduates looking to build a career at the intersection of AI, clinical trials, and digital health.
The role will initially begin remotely and transition to on-site work in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, once the new office becomes operational. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience or strong academic exposure to healthcare statistics are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research analysts on AI healthcare research projects
- Design and support clinical study frameworks for AI-driven healthcare tools
- Calculate and validate AI model performance metrics (accuracy, safety, error rates)
- Conduct clinical trials and validation studies for AI-powered chatbots
- Perform medical statistical analysis and develop inferential claims
- Analyze LLM and ML operations related to healthcare AI systems
- Apply hypothesis testing, outcome analysis, and statistical modeling
- Create visualization dashboards using Power BI and present actionable insights
- Ensure statistical rigor and regulatory readiness for AI healthcare solutions
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare research, or analytics
- Strong foundation in descriptive and inferential statistics
- Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and statistical validation
- Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and machine learning tools
- Understanding of clinical outcome analysis and healthcare data
- Interest in AI, ML, and digital health technologies
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on skills and experience
