Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end medical device complaint investigations in compliance with ISO 13485 and EU MDR requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document investigation outcomes
- Assess complaints for reportability and regulatory impact
- Support Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and trending activities
- Prepare and review complaint investigation reports with strong technical justification
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, RA, and PMS teams
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Life Science Graduate (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc, Biotechnology, Biomedical, etc.)
- Experience: 1–6 years in Medical Device Complaint Investigation
- Strong working knowledge of:
- EU MDR
- ISO 13485
- PMS & Vigilance
- Complaint Handling & Investigation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Ready to relocate to Kolkata or Pune
