Key Responsibilities (Bioanalytical Role)
As a Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

- In-process quality control of ongoing bioanalytical studies
- Review of raw data, chromatograms, and validation/study reports
- Verification of calibration status and labeling of instruments and equipment
- Monitoring daily laboratory activities for SOP and GLP compliance
- Checking concentration data of subject samples before release to PK team
- Generation, control, and distribution of method SOPs
- Logbook maintenance and archival of completed records
- Routine glassware validation and monitoring lab temperature & humidity
- Calibration of pipettes and multipipettes
- Coordination of SOP training programs
- Ensuring laboratory cleanliness and proper bio-waste/non-bio-waste disposal
Educational Qualifications
Eligible candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- UG: B.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- PG:
- M.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- M.Sc / MS in Chemistry or Biochemistry
Eligible Passing Years: 2023, 2024, 2025
Bond & Important Conditions
- 2-Year Service Bond is Mandatory
- Submission of Original 10th Class Marksheet during the bond period is required
