About the Role

As a Scientific Affairs Manager at MedGenome, you will play a pivotal role in driving scientific activities and fostering long-term collaborations. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity with moderate travel requirements to engage with stakeholders nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee scientific activities across various business segments and locations.
  • Participate actively in scientific programs, delivering lectures and presentations to target audiences including healthcare professionals, patient groups, and government authorities.
  • Organize and conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and doctor group meetings in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support company priorities and scientific initiatives.
  • Manage customer engagement, handle medical queries timely, and conduct joint field work with sales teams to build rapport and gather feedback.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and value-added scientific responses to queries from HCPs, consumer groups, and the field force.
  • Oversee Medical Information Services (MIS), including support for sales with updates on research, standards of care, and therapeutic advancements.
  • Act as a product expert for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs, and corporate governance.
  • Review and provide scientific input on promotional materials for legal, ethical, and scientific accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify emerging product opportunities and support advocacy efforts.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (moderate travel expected).

Required Qualifications and Skills
