Roles & Responsibilities (General Overview)
- Oversee or support production planning, execution, and troubleshooting in OSD and sterile areas.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (GMP, WHO, etc.), safety protocols, and quality systems.
- Conduct microbiological analysis, testing, and documentation for sterile products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends.
- Prospect new clients, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth in formulations and CDMO services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production targets, quality goals, and business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc (Microbiology/Biotechnology), MBA (for marketing/business roles), or equivalent.
- Experience: Relevant pharma industry experience (especially in OSD, sterile/parenteral manufacturing, microbiology, marketing, or business development).
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, production processes, sterile techniques, market analysis, client handling, and communication.
- Preferred: Experience in injectables, OSD formulations, CDMO, or branded generics.
