Lupin, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, has announced a Marketing Executive job opening for its Delhi and Uttar Pradesh territories. This opportunity is ideal for B.Pharm, B.Sc, D.Pharm, and non-science graduates who are looking to build or advance their career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in medical representative or pharma marketing roles will be preferred. However, motivated freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing Executive (Lupin)

As a Marketing Executive at Lupin, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Meeting assigned customers including doctors, chemists, and stockists as per company strategy
• Generating prescriptions and achieving monthly and annual sales targets (primary & secondary sales)
• Improving territory profitability and maintaining or increasing brand market share
• Building strong customer relationships through effective engagement initiatives
• Managing product distribution, minimizing losses due to breakage and expiry
• Collecting and reporting market intelligence on competitor activities and promotional strategies
• Preparing monthly and yearly distribution plans to meet business objectives
• Generating distributor and stockist orders and ensuring timely payment collection as per company policy

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Pharm or B.Sc (Preferred)
• D.Pharm with minimum 1 year experience
• Non-science graduates with relevant pharma sales experience may also be considered

Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years in pharmaceutical sales / marketing
• Freshers with strong communication and field readiness may apply
