- Ensuring site setup in accordance with approved study protocols
- Coordinating and scheduling subject visits (scheduled and unscheduled)
- Fixing subject appointments in consultation with the site investigator
- Explaining study procedures, protocols, and requirements to trial subjects
- Resolving non-medical queries from study participants
- Providing regular updates to investigators on study activities and progress
