Lupin, a global pharmaceutical leader, is seeking experienced professionals for Research Associate and Associate Scientist positions in their Clinical BA/BE unit at Pune_LBC, Maharashtra. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy postgraduates and experienced clinical research coordinators to contribute to outsourced and in-house bioavailability/bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies in a structured and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outsourced clinical BA/BE studies at external CROs in compliance with protocol and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with CRO representatives for technical discussions, study updates, and query resolution.
- Review Trial Master File (TMF), screening MSRs, ICDs, periodic CRFs, dosing, sample collection, and processing during monitoring visits.
- Plan, execute, and supervise in-house BA/BE studies as a clinical research coordinator.
- Manage all study phases, including protocol training, TMF compilation, study planning, and documentation of raw data.
- Ensure timely preparation of study updates and resolution of study queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Research Associate:
- Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical research experience
Associate Scientist – Clinical Unit (CRO):

- 5–7 years of relevant clinical research experience
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial monitoring and GCP guidelines.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail in sample collection, processing, and reporting.
