Fortrea is hiring an Apprentice – IT Project Management for its global IT team. This role offers an excellent entry point for fresh IT graduates seeking hands-on exposure to IT PMO processes, project governance, Agile practices, and stakeholder coordination in a global environment.
This remote, full-time apprenticeship is ideal for candidates passionate about project management careers, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. Based out of Bangalore, the role requires availability during 2 PM to 11 PM IST (2nd shift).
Key Responsibilities – IT Project Management Apprentice
As an Apprentice – IT Project Management, you will:

- Support oversight of IT Project Management methodologies
- Learn and apply Fortrea IT PMO processes and procedures
- Monitor project activities for compliance with PMO standards
- Assist IT Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking
- Track project status, risks, milestones, and reporting
- Schedule and facilitate project and team meetings
- Document and follow up on action items and deliverables
- Communicate updates related to PMO process changes
- Provide administrative and coordination support across IT projects
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Logical thinking with understanding of IT project methodologies
- Ability to comprehend SOPs and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred (Optional):
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Eligibility & Educational Qualifications
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
- Recent graduate in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Software Engineering
- Or any equivalent IT-related degree

Salary & Benefits (Estimated)
- Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (INR)
