Available Positions in Manufacturing – OSD (Rajoda)
Amneal is seeking motivated individuals for the following roles in its Granulation and Capsulation departments:
Assistant – Associate (Granulation / Capsulation)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and clean pellet coating / capsule manufacturing equipment as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain equipment and manufacturing areas in sanitized condition
- Handle tooling, change parts, and materials in line with cGMP guidelines
- Complete required cGMP and SOP training
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
Officer – Executive (Granulation / Capsulation)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing, processing, and packaging of commercial and stability batches as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) / Batch Packaging Records (BPR)
- Ensure full cGMP compliance and follow approved SOPs
- Maintain accurate processing documentation, in-process records, and batch records
- Monitor in-process checks and support IQ/OQ/PQ activities for new equipment
- Handle materials as per approved procedures and contribute to quality assurance processes
These positions are based at the Rajoda plant, which is part of Amneal’s state-of-the-art facilities in Gujarat, emphasizing quality, compliance, and innovation in OSD production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing, particularly in granulation, coating, compression, capsulation, or related equipment operations. Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and role:
- Assistant/Associate roles (ITI/Diploma): Approximately ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹5 Lakhs per annum
- Officer/Executive roles (B.Pharm/M.Pharm): Approximately ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹7 Lakhs per annum
